New Year and New Hopes!  A peaceful celebration at the stroke of the midnight hour meant New Year 2021 heralds peace and consolation for the world that has suffered under the pandemic like never before. The surge of optimism is justified, for the world community came together to respond to the global emergency while some nations are still in the grip of the crisis.    The good news is that the medical help has finally come about which was long awaited! So, there is a new spirit at the dawn of the New Year 2021. We should be thankful to the frontline saviours who have shielded us from the superfast disease. At the same time, the strict measures initiated by the state and central governments deserve appreciation. Finally, the public who should cooperate with the policy makers need to be commended for their patience and full support to the government.   It’s now a more cheerful time for the students who returned to their schools and colleges to a rapturous welcome. Their joy is similar t
